We are in the business of converting disused old properties into modern and affordable homes of multiple occupancy (HMOs)
We carefully select our properties based on the following criteria:
Freehold properties in areas where affordable housing is in short supply
- Nearby local amenities and public transport facilities
- Structurally sound, no major works required
- Capable of being transformed into 6 or more self-contained flats
- Large garden or parking area is a plus
Working closely with local architects, we develop plans to convert the properties into flats or HMOs. Once planning permission has been obtained, the building work is outsourced to one of our experienced construction partners.
Our customers are generally Housing Associations, or Trusts responsible for providing housing to vulnerable persons. In some cases we sell our projects on to investors who are seeking to achieve an above-average return from a property portfolio.
